Kyabazala Update – June 2009 |

Thank you to everyone who had a part in bringing fresh, clean water to the Kyabazala! Drilling is underway! This village will have clean water in a matter of days!
We are happy to report that the church in Kyabazala is growing. This village is very creative in their outreach. Their strong 20 member choir attracts people with their music and dancing. They are also reaching out to the area youth with football (aka soccer) and net ball teams. A small primary school has begun for the orphans in the village who cannot afford the school fees at the other area schools.
The sewing training center began in December 2008 with 4 sewing machines. Under the guidance of teachers from the village of Naigobya, the Kyabazala Sewing center has grown to 20 students.
